About Strategy Execution

Strategy Execution is a fast-paced multiplayer business simulation where teams manage two product lines - low-cost and premium cars. Participants must translate strategic intent into concrete operational decisions: setting prices, investing in production capacity, managing marketing budgets, and embedding sustainability practices into their business model. The simulation teaches that strategy without execution is meaningless. Teams quickly learn that having the right strategy is only half the battle - implementing it effectively under competitive pressure is what separates winners from the rest. Available in four languages and playable from just 6 participants, Strategy Execution is one of our most versatile simulations for both introductory strategy courses and corporate alignment workshops.
