MEGA Learning is one of the most experienced business simulation providers in the world. Founded in 1989 by four ex-IBM executives, we have spent nearly four decades designing, developing, and facilitating team-based simulations that teach the dynamics of running a company.

Our story

In 1989, Francois Calicis and three former IBM partners founded MEGA Learning with a simple belief: the best way to learn business is by doing it. Not by reading about it, not by sitting through lectures, but by making real decisions and living with the consequences.

Our first simulation was launched at IMD Business School in Switzerland. Within two years, IBM had selected MEGA Learning to train over ten thousand executives across the world. That early vote of confidence from one of the largest companies on the planet set the tone for everything that followed.

Since then, we have partnered with organisations like Renault, Total, HEC Paris, Columbia University, ESCP Business School, and Harvard Business Publishing. We have delivered thousands of simulation sessions across Europe, North America, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. And we are still going.

A global network

What started in a small office in Belgium has grown into a global operation. Today, our network of expert facilitators and partners spans five continents. Whether you are running a simulation in Singapore, New York, Casablanca, or Copenhagen, there is a MEGA Learning expert nearby who knows the local context and speaks the language.

Our simulations are available in English, French, Chinese, German, and Danish. We deliver online, face-to-face, and in blended formats. From a small seminar of 6 participants to a corporate event with 500+, we scale to fit.
