Strategy Simulations

Strategy is about making choices under uncertainty - and living with the consequences. Our strategy simulations put teams in charge of a multi-product corporation competing in a live market. Participants allocate resources, set priorities, and adapt to competitors' moves across multiple rounds of play.

Who is this for?

MBA students, executive education participants, corporate strategy teams, leadership development programmes, and onboarding of new managers.

What is a strategy simulation?

A strategy simulation is a team-based, computer-driven learning experience where participants manage a virtual company and compete against other teams in a realistic market environment. Unlike case studies, which analyse past decisions, strategy simulations require participants to make their own choices and see the results unfold in real time. Our strategy simulations are used by leading business schools - including HEC Paris, Columbia University, and ESCP - as well as corporate training programmes at companies like Renault, IBM, and Hager Group. They develop critical skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
