Team: 4–6 per team
What: Players learn to understand the interactions between business objectives, human capital, and organisational success. Key learning areas: identifying strategic HR drivers of company performance, implementing a sustainable long-term strategy integrating business and people objectives, creating an ecosystem where talent is attracted, developed, and retained, aligning HR decisions with business performance, and boosting collaboration between HR teams and line managers. Best for postgraduate courses in HR and Organisational Behavior, and HR teams and medium to senior managers in corporate environments. Available in English & French.
