What: Participants develop their finance acumen to make sounder business decisions and explore how organisations create value. Key learning areas: understanding the three financial statements, exploring profitability and break-even, managing cash, assets and investments, mastering P&L and cash flow dynamics, linking strategy to financial performance, and using KPIs to drive value creation. Best for financial accounting courses at advanced undergraduate and graduate levels, and junior to middle managers in corporate environments. Available on Harvard Business Publishing.
