Learn – Assess – Practice – Apply
The cornerstone of the Mega approach is to create from one of its business simulations a stimulating “learning journey” in which participants can discover and experience the core competencies of leadership, shaped to clients’ needs. Acquiring, interpreting and applying knowledge are key steps in the learning journey. Clients will explore each competency along four key learning dimensions: Learn: Key business concepts and management processes are presented, in a way that suits the client’s situation. Assess: Participants get real-time feedback on the effectiveness of their business decisions. They evaluate how to improve their performance and how to apply the lessons learned in each subsequent decision. Practice: Through simulation, participants practice their effectiveness in various business situations and management processes. Time constraints force them to go to the essentials, to concentrate on effective decision-making and learn from one another. Apply: Whenever possible, top executives from our client companies come and share their experiences, thus connecting the learning journey with corporate reality, and motivating participants to apply what they have learned in their own lives. |
