Introducing and using new tools either in learning or in a business environment is always a challenge. Most of the time companies have ‘technology-push’ strategies, meaning that new software is installed and users are forced to use it. Companies often forget the human dimension and the behavioural changes needed to become more effective and successful by using the technology. Mega Learning’s philosophy is to implement a ‘need-pulled’ strategy. Our clients and consultants have identified two important needs. The first one concerns the organization of brain-writing sessions on-line, most of the time for preparing or assessing a face-to-face module. To meet this need, Mega Learning has developed Mind Square. Our consultants and clients run more than 500 brain writing sessions a year. Thanks to Mind Square, we have been able to save up to 20% of the time spent on face-to-face brainstorming sessions and reallocate this time to the analysis of the answers and to decision making. Mind Square can be used as a stand alone solution hosted by Mega Learning or installed on your computers to support your own e-learning modules. Mind Square will help the learners to improve their problem-solving skills, empower the learners by leveraging their creativity and increase the knowledge retention level of the company The second one relates to managing on-line projects. Groupware, e-learning platforms, project management software are often too sophisticated and complex for use in a learning environment. That’s why Mega Learning has produced Decision Square, a conceptual groupware. Decision Square allows the participants to practice our unique methodology for working remotely rather than having to adapt to new ways of working imposed by software. |
